Made from hand-harvested grapes grown in sandy-clay soils at around 300 metres altitude, the wine undergoes its second fermentation using the Charmat method, followed by six months on the lees.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePale green-yellow in colour, with fine, persistent bubbles, Aprilis opens with vibrant citrus notes of lime alongside delicate white flowers.
