Filotheos Liatiko, Sitia, Crete 2023 PGI Organic

Produced according to the ancient traditions of the monastery's fathers, this wine is crafted under the guidance of Abbot Filotheos Spanoudakis. The process involves sun-drying the grapes and using age-old techniques to create a truly exceptional and traditional sweet wine.
