The winemaker relies solely on the natural pressure of the grapes during the winemaking process, avoiding the use of a press. This, combined with low fermentation temperatures, precise extractions, and gentle aging in French oak barrels for at least one year, results in a rich, well-structured wine with soft tannins and a hint of spice.
