Sourced from carefully selected vineyards in Kilkis, Central Macedonia, Oenops Kidonitsa 2022 is a refined expression of 100% Kidonitsa, a rare and aromatic Greek grape variety. Crafted with a minimal intervention approach, the wine is fermented with wild yeasts in amphora and aged on its lees for around six months, enhancing texture and complexity while preserving purity and freshness. The result is a precise, mineral-driven wine that reflects both terroir and varietal character.
