The medium-textured clayey soils, with tuffaceous rock emerging, ensure top-quality grapes with a maximum yield of 100 quintals per hectare.

Tasting Notes
This wine features a pale straw-yellow colour with green highlights. On the nose, it is generous and rich with floral notes of hawthorn and orange blossom, accompanied by delicate hints of exotic fruit and green apple.
