Chronos 2018 – 100% Xinomavro
A hidden gem from the Argyrakis family, this bold and age-worthy wine comes from a select Naoussa vineyard with ultra-low yields (500 kg/ha). Crafted using traditional methods—high fermentation temperatures, extended extraction, and 28 months in French oak—Chronos 2018 is built to age gracefully for 15–20 years.
Tasting Notes
Aromas of sun-dried tomato, blackberry, liquorice, spice, and earth. Rich and structured on the palate with firm, integrated tannins and a long, complex finish.
Food Pairing
