Theopetra Estate Aprilis Sparkling White 2025

A fresh expression of Greek sparkling wine, Aprilis Sparkling White 2025 brings together two of Greece's most exciting indigenous varieties: 80% Assyrtiko and 20% Xinomavro. Produced by Theopetra Estate in Thessaly, it captures the freshness and energy of spring in every glass.

The name Aprilis comes from April, the month in which the wine is bottled. Made from hand-harvested grapes grown in sandy-clay soils at around 300 metres altitude, the wine undergoes its second fermentation using the Charmat method, followed by six months on the lees.

Pale green-yellow in colour, with fine, persistent bubbles, Aprilis opens with vibrant citrus notes of lime alongside delicate white flowers. The palate is crisp and refreshing, driven by lively acidity, before a smooth, long finish.

An elegant Greek sparkling wine to enjoy as an aperitif or alongside fresh salads, pasta, seafood and light dishes.
